Welcome to our new GLAdventist blog

We specialize in Good News for gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans-gendered Adventists.

Jesus came to bring Good News to all of humanity — without regard to color, race, or sexual orientation. Unfortunately those who claim His name have often considered themselves superior to other sinners when, in fact, we are all sinners in need of saving.

You need not identify as ‘gay’ or ‘lesbian’ to feel at home here. If you are a Seventh-day

Jesus longs to bring you home to heaven

Home With Jesus

Adventist or have Adventist background and know what it is like to be more strongly attracted to your own sex than the opposite sex, you will find support and encouragement here.

Jesus said, “If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” (John 14: 3) It is our privilege not only to look for, but to hasten the coming of the Lord. (2 Peter 3: 12)

We long to see fulfilled the prophetic vision of Ellen White who wrote that “The last rays of merciful light, the last message of mercy to be given to the world, is a revelation of His character of love. The children of God are to manifest His glory. In their own life and character they are to reveal what the grace of God has done for them.” (Christ’s Object Lessons, pp. 415-416) Thus it is our desire to communicate God’s character of Love and manifest His glory through this blog.

About Inge Anderson

Inge Anderson is married to Andrew Anderson, and they have married sons and nine grand-children, as of 2010. Both are graduates of Andrews University. Inge, along with Ralph Seland, began a ministry to homosexually oriented Adventists in 1997, while she was still a full-time teacher in a Christian academy. While the web and email facilitate much of the ministry, telephone and personal contact also play a part whenever practical. Inge and her husband are now both retired and are both committed to this ministry, as represented by this site and by http://www.glow.cc.
